Our story

A CRM that listens, instead of asking you to type.

Sales people close deals. They don't fill in fields. So we built a CRM where the work of capture is something Nabucco does — quietly, accurately, in the background — while reps stay in the apps they already use.

  1. 01The problem

Reps drown in admin. Managers chase updates. Forecasts go stale.

Most CRMs are filing cabinets with login screens. They reward the act of logging, not the act of selling — which is why the sharpest reps put their pipeline anywhere except the CRM.

Notes live in iMessage. Updates die in Slack DMs. The forecast a manager opens on Monday is a fiction by Thursday.

  2. 02The insight

Reps already chat all day. Let chat be the CRM.

If a rep can describe a deal in a sentence — and they always can — the CRM can structure it. The conversation is the source of truth. Everything else is data entry tax.

Nabucco lives where the conversations already happen: Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, voice. One message in, one structured deal out.

  3. 03How we built it

Voice-first capture. AI extraction. Live forecast. Nothing in the way.

We obsessed over the moment of capture. Speak or type, naturally — Nabucco transcribes, extracts the company, value, stage and close date, and hands you a card to confirm in one tap.

Then it propagates: the kanban moves, the timeline writes itself, and the forecast — worst-case, expected, best-case — recalculates the moment a verbal lands in any channel.

How we work

Aesop, not Salesforce.

Nabucco's design system is documented down to the last token — because the product feels different when the people building it care about how it feels.

Warm restraint

No purple AI gradients, no enterprise blue. Earthy, confident, terracotta.

Dark for working, light for browsing

The app is dark by default — easier on the eyes through long pipeline reviews. The marketing is light, because that's where confidence lives.

Animations earn their place

Motion only when it teaches the eye where to go. Reduced-motion preferences are respected end-to-end.

British by default

Pounds. Quarters. The full stop at the end of the sentence. Built in the UK for sales teams who close deals here and abroad.

Stop typing into spreadsheets. Start closing.
